Log into your CWWK account or visit our support portal to submit a return request with your order number and reason for return.
Wait for Authorization
Our quality assurance team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
Pack and Ship
Securely package the item in its original box with all accessories included, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package.
Inspection and Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned item to confirm its condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
